Subject: [Masjid Tucson] Submission weekly reminder In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful Peace be upon you, [Quran 17:111] And proclaim: "Praise be to GOD, who has never begotten a son, nor does He have a partner in His kingship, nor does He need any ally out of weakness," and magnify Him constantly. God [Quran 59:22] He is the One GOD; there is no other god besides Him. Knower of all secrets and declarations. He is the Most Gracious, Most Merciful. [59:23] He is the One GOD; there is no other god besides Him. The King, the Most Sacred, the Peace, the Most Faithful, the Supreme, the Almighty, the Most Powerful, the Most Dignified. GOD be glorified; far above having partners. [59:24] He is the One GOD; the Creator, the Initiator, the Designer. To Him belong the most beautiful names. Glorifying Him is everything in the heavens and the earth. He is the Almighty, Most Wise. To truly grasp God's greatness is beyond our limited ability (Quran 39:67). Yet, the more we sincerely praise and glorify God, the more we come to appreciate who He is. The Quran teaches us that everything glorifies God. This includes the angels, thunder and birds, although we may not always understand how (Quran 17:44, 24:41). Our glorification and praise does not change who God is, He is already the Most Great. Rather it magnifies our reverence and appreciation for God. Let us try to take some time to magnify God today.
